Changing the way Central Wisconsin sees music!

She aims to conjure the sounds of the movies that play in your head. With beautiful, hypnotic rhythms, and vocals that will make you feel like you've been caught in a dream, her latest release, Brightest Light In The Room, Shannon Curtis has definitely hit her target.

Where is Vox?

How old do I need to be to attend a Vox Concert Series?

We try to be as inclusive as possible, and that means all ages are welcome here. We ask people to use their best judgment. If there is excessive crying or drooling, we may ask you to take a lap. Otherwise, come on down!

Is there food available during the show?

Vox welcomes guests to bring in their favorite carry out dinners to enjoy during an event. Read More...

Have you tried the food at Lammar's Smokehouse? They are located conveniently nearby Wildwood Station and have exceptional sandwiches, dinner meals, and pizzas for carry out! These is a low key affairs, and full service dining is not available at Vox Concert events. Please, consider supporting the concert series by purchasing concessions from us before carrying in your own items. If there are items you would like to see us have available in the concessions area, please let us know and we will look into it! For Sounds @ The 'Ground events held at our favorite coffee shop, Uncommon Ground in Medford, there are a variety of items available on the menu for guests.

Drinks?

Drinks for everyone at Wildwood Station Pavilion! Only alcoholic beverages are allowed to be carried in (for those of age). Read More...

For those wishing to enjoy non alcoholic beverages, we have soda and water available too to purchase for $1 with proceeds to offset costs associated with concert events.
For Sounds @ The 'Ground events held at our favorite coffee shop, Uncommon Ground in Medford, there are a variety of beers available (Spotted Cow, Totally Naked, Guinness, etc) for purchase for 2 for $5, so bring a friend and grab a round! For those with a more refined palate, there are bottles of wine available to purchase for $12 and of course your choice of non-alcoholic beverages on their regular menu!

Is there parking for Vox

Concert Events Parking? Typically there is sufficient parking at all Vox Concert Event venues including parking lot and plenty of on-street parking. Plan to arrive early to get the best parking spots in the lots at Wildwood Station Pavilion!

Are there chairs and tables?

Here's the deal... The general admission section is sometimes laid out differently each concert event, depending on the nature of the event. So the number of tables available may vary, but we also have chair seating available (as well as some standing room). We encourage our guests to get their tickets in advance and come early to get the seats they want. I only see general admission tickets available.

Can I reserve a table? Why aren't reserved seats offered?

To keep things simple and to reward those that come early, seating is general admission (first come, first serve). Make sure to join our email list so you can have first crack at table seats when new shows are announced.

Can I use a credit card to pay for tickets, merchandise, and drinks?

Tickets can be purchased by credit card for Vox Concert Events through our webpage. There is a fee ranging between $1-$2 to use a credit card for ticket purchases (fee varies by ticket price). Read More...

Tickets at the door are currently available to be purchased by cash or check only. Concessions (soda, water, & chips) are available to purchase at each event for $1 and Vox Concert Series T-shirts are available $15 (regular price) via cash or check. Proceeds from concession and T-shirt sales are used to offset the costs of Vox Concert Series events and to fund future concert events.

How can I buy advanced tickets?

The easiest way to purchase tickets for ALL Vox Concert Series events is online, right under on the artist information in the events. Read More...

Although there is a fee ranging between $1-$2 to use a credit card for ticket purchases (fee varies by ticket price), this is the best way to guarantee your seat at an upcoming concert event. Additionally, we have occasional event where paper tickets can be purchased at select locations around the area, they will be listed on the events page for your convenience when applicable. Tickets purchased in person are not subject to service fees, keep an eye on our website, Facebook page, and email list to find out about those events.

I purchased tickets to be picked up at will call. When can I come pick them up?

There are no physical tickets to pickup. We will have your name on a list and you will be able to check in outside the door of the venue once the doors open for the show. Make sure to bring a form of ID and the credit card you used to pay for the tickets.

How do I know if a show is sold out?

If a show is completely sold out, we'll post it on this website and on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/voxconcertseries). If the website doesn't say the show is sold out, count on us having tickets available for purchase at the door. Do keep in mind that the number of tickets on-sale at the door can sometimes be a limited amount, and can sell out quickly at the door. The show I want to see is sold out.

Will there be more tickets?

If that happens, we will make extra tickets available at the door on a first come, first serve basis. To prevent this from being the case, get your tickets available online in advance of the event through The Vox Concert Series Eventbrite profile (http://www.voxconcertseries.eventbrite.com/)

Can I come and try to get in anyways?

You're welcome to come out and try your luck. We'll ask you to wait until just after show time. If possible, we'll squeeze you in. No guarantees though.

What time do doors open?

Doors typically open around 6:30pm (between 30 to 60 minutes) prior to the start time of the show. Sometimes a line starts to form between 6:15-6:30pm. If weather is inclement, we may try to open doors earlier to allow our guests to get inside.

What time is the show over?

Unfortunately, we don't really have a specific answer to this question, as it depends on the line up and the venue location. Unless there is a reason to, we don't give our artists a curfew and prefer to let them go wherever the night may take them. Events at Wildwood Stations Pavilion typically are wrapped up between 9:30-10:00pm; but it's generally a safe bet to assume a show will be over roughly 2-2.5 hours after the posted start time.

Will I be able to purchase the artist's albums at the show, and get the signed?

Yes! And it is strongly encouraged, as just about every artist does sell their merchandise following the show. It's also a great way to show support for the musicians and in most cases they stick around to sign items and greet fans following the show! I'm coming in from out of town.

Are there hotels nearby?

We recommend Woodfield Inn at 1651 N. Central Avenue Marshfield, WI 54449. They can be reached at 715-387-2233 or online at www.woodfieldinn-marshfield.com and tell them we sent you!
